Welcome to South Lakes Health & Beauty, a health and beauty service covering the Lake District, South Lakes and the Furness peninsula.

At South Lakes Health & Beauty we are able to provide a mobile health and beauty service to hotels, guesthouses and holiday apartments in Ambleside, Windermere and Bowness.

Our health and beauty treatments can also be provided in comfortable and spacious therapy rooms located in Barrow-in-Furness town centre, or are available by request as a home visit. Our treatment rooms are in easy reach of Dalton-in-Furness, Askam-in-Furness and Ulverston.

Over the past 2 years the business has been has expanded to add a wider range of Health and Beauty treatments to our existing Sports Massage and Aromatherapy treatments.

In addition to our Sports Massage and Aromatherapy treatments we now provide Manicure and Pedicure, Holistic Facials, Indian Head Massage, Remedial Massage, Swedish Massage, Therapeutic Massage, Hopi Ear Candling and more. Special Packages may also be put together for Pamper Days and Pamper Parties at a venue of your choice.

We take a client-centred approach, and great emphasis is placed on the needs of each individual client.
